1. Digital product. Remmy HUB is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final by default.

2. Refund window. If your license key cannot be activated due to a technical fault on our side, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. How to request. Email [email protected] or open a ticket on our store with your order ID.

4. Refund process. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunded keys are revoked.

5. Non-refundable. Keys revoked for violations of our Terms of Service (sharing, reselling) are not eligible for refunds.
